We don’t currently offer phone support, running a phone line would mean raising prices, and that goes against everything Bare Pots stands for.
Response time
We aim to get back to you within 1–2 business days. Most of the time it’s faster, but we want to be realistic. If we’re delayed, we’ll let you know — no ghosting.
Important tip
If you email us with no order number, no photos, or no context… we can’t help quickly. The more info you send, the faster we fix it.
