Terms and Conditions

Welcome! Thanks for stopping by. We keep things simple here. No legal acrobatics, no hidden Bare traps. These terms just help keep things fair and clear for everyone.

1. Using our Website

By visiting or ordering from Bare Pots, you agree to these terms. Easy.

2. Orders & payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. All prices are in AUD. We don’t store your full card details, payments are handled by secure third-party processors.

3. Product use (important!)

Bare Pots are decorative cardboard pots for indoor nursery pots. Due to the type of material they’re water-resistant, not waterproof, and not designed for outdoor use. Excess water, direct sun, or weather exposure counts as misuse. Refer to your Bare Care Card.

4. Shipping & delivery

Our talented pickers will pack, and ship your order with care. It’s usually done in one business day but at times processing can take up to 3 business days. Once it’s with the carrier, delivery times are out of our paws but we’ll help track anything that goes wandering. Please double-check your address. Incorrect addresses = delayed parcels. If we accidentally send the wrong item, we’ll fix it at no cost.

5. Returns & refunds

Our Refunds & Returns Policy explains how we handle faults and issues. We don’t offer change-of-mind refunds because each order is printed, cut or packed specifically for you.

6. Intellectual property

Our designs, brand, images, and words belong to Bare Pots. Please keep your paws off them, it’s not very bare or fair.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for indirect losses (like damaged plants, water damage, or misuse of the product).

But…

8. Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Nothing in these terms removes your rights under ACL. If something is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t work as described, those rights always apply (Bares Honour).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by State laws. (We love a good state-based system.)

  • Order + payment info (but not full card numbers)

  • Send updates, only if you’ve opted in
