Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Bare Pots are sold in Australia and come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do when used as directed, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

Change of mind

Because Bare Pots are lightweight, flat-packed products, we do not currently offer change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Bare Pots arrive damaged, or there is a fault:

  1. Take clear photos of the problem and the packaging.

  2. Email helpis@barepots.com.au with your order number, photos, and a short description.

  3. We’ll assess and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or other remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

What is not considered a fault?

  • Damage caused by water or moisture when Bare Pots are used without a tray or left sitting in water

  • Damage from outdoor use, direct rain, or harsh sun

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Damage from using heavy or oversized pots not recommended for Bare Pots

If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll help you work out what’s happened.

How long do I have to report a problem?

Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue. We’ll always act reasonably and in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
