Right now, we ship within Australia only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes for orders over $59. Otherwise, shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 per order (subject to change – always check the product page or checkout for the latest information). This covers our cost of postage and packaging.

Who will deliver my order?

Orders are delivered by Sendle. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, most Australian metro orders arrive in around 2-3 business days, and regional areas may take longer. During peak periods (like Christmas), carriers can experience delays.

How are Bare Pots packed?

Bare Pots are shipped flat in cardboard packaging to reduce damage and keep postage costs down. You assemble them at home in a few simple steps (see our Bare Care Card).

Opening Your Bare Pot Package

Your Bare Pots arrive flat-packed and protected. Here’s how to open the package safely:

• Don’t rip it. Just peel off the sticky tape to open the box or envelope.

• Don’t use a knife or blade. Sharp tools can easily cut or crease your Bare Pot.

• Open the flaps gently and slide your Bare Pots out.

That’s it — simple and safe.

If your package arrives damaged or something doesn’t look right, take a photo and reach out so we can fix it.

My order is late or hasn’t arrived – what do I do?

1. Check your tracking link for the latest scan.

2. Check safe drop areas and with neighbours.

3. If it’s still missing after the carrier’s expected timeframe, email us at helpis@barepots.com.au with your order number and we’ll investigate.
