How do I place an order?

1. Choose your Bare Pot size and design.

2. Check our size guide to make sure it matches your nursery pot.

3. Add to cart and follow the checkout steps.

4. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once payment is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all popular payment types via our secure checkout. Payment is taken in Australian dollars (AUD).

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once payment has gone through and you receive an email confirmation. If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you’ve made a mistake, reach out as soon as possible at helpis@barepots.com.au.

If your order has already been packed or shipped, we may not be able to change it, but we’ll always try to help within our policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
